Re-engineer your brain and body (like Robocop, but with less violence)
Reading Time: 2 minutesI plan to live to be 120.
It’s not totally unrealistic. The average life expectancy for women is 81. I’ve always been a bit of an over-achiever and my mother is turning 90. (See below for more about women who lived to over 100.) I’m eating clean and working-out and worrying about my bone density. And trying to sleep more and stress less. I believe the quality of life will be OK when I’m that age too!
One scientist believes that we’ll all be “hybrids” by 2030. Body parts can now be made with 3D printers. I’m not sure what I’ll do with all those extra years, but it will probably involve palm trees and music.
But, in the meantime, I’ll just stick to these habits and enjoy my parts that are made out of flesh rather than plastic and metal. And that artificial intelligence thing? Hmmm…maybe I can train a robot to write my blogs!
