The 100 Years Club Installment #129: HOT STUFF #1

What’s “HOT?”
The (online) dictionary reveals a huge array of definitions, including:
- Plan ahead: I pre-recorded all my podcasts for the upcoming months and my social media sidekick has
already mapped out my content for June. That frees me up to enjoy more relaxation and playtime. Do at least ONE big, bold thing this summer that you’ve been putting off.
- Take time for self-care. Get enough sleep and Vitamin D. If you can’t travel, do these things.
- Limit screen time.
- Say “no” to people and activities that you know will kill your vibe.
- Indulge in activities you love and hang out with people who bring you joy.

And, of course, remember to hydrate! Not only does it regulate your body temperature and waste elimination, but it also improves your brain function (including concentration and memory), sleep quality, mood, and energy levels.
